Allison Feng
President
Allison Feng, founder of Amber and Fifth, Inc., is an experienced creative director who is known as an unique and versatile fashion expert.
Her solid 20+ years of industry experience in Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, and New York, covers a wide array of fashion business aspects with deep hands-on knowledge, from fashion design, apparel technical engineering, merchandising, and image consulting, to industry related events development; such as fashion shows and educational seminars, among other unique projects.
Since 2013, she has been vigorously working on uniting industry resources and talents globally and mentoring local and international commerce in reaching innovative solutions. Allison graduated from the School of Business and Technology of Fashion Institute of Technology, in NYC.
Amy Chou Granger
Vice President of Marketing
Amy is Co-Founder and COO of M2U NYC, a certified vegan and cruelty-free makeup brand offering high quality, stylish makeup at mind-blowing prices.
Prior to launching M2U NYC in 2020, Amy held roles such as Director of Global Business and eComm at The Estée Lauder Companies, and Director of Brand Operations at L’Oréal USA. With 15+ years of extensive experience in Marketing and Strategic Planning for several CPG and beauty conglomerates, Amy has influenced the strategic direction for powerhouse brands including Kiehl’s Since 1851, Giorgio Armani Beauty, and Michael Kors Beauty.
Amy holds a Master of Engineering degree from MIT.
Carolina Ng
Vice President of Finance
Carolina Ng is currently VP of Finance for La Prairie, a leader in luxury skincare. She has 15 years’ experience in Beauty industry, with half of the time part of Executive team. Overseeing Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, IT and other administrative functions, she has improved company profitability and leaded important projects such as launching e-Commerce website, digitalization of supply chain, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) .
Before her current role, Ms. Ng has worked in both small companies and multinational corporations, including L’Oreal, P&G, Mustela and ExxonMobil.
She holds two Master Degrees, M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business and M.Eng from Cornell University. Her undergraduate degree was B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Notre Dame.
Tracy Chou
Vice President of Membership
Tracy Chou is a member of Broad of Directors and a Vice President of membership in United Fashion of America. She is passionate about fashion and art.
She is a Vice President in Bank of America Securities and a Chartered Financial Analyst. Prior to BofA, she works for UBS Investment Bank and PwC. She is a member of CFA Society New York and CRE Finance Council.
She has a Master of Science degree from New York University.
